Sleep Deep Drops

This is a blend of herbs for promoting deeper sleep, particularly useful if there is an issue with waking up at night, especially when it's a specific time in the early hours of the morning that may indicate high cortisol or a stress-related sleep issue. This blend is best taken at bedtime consistently for a month or longer to help rebalance the sleep-wake cycle and the stress response. Herbs in this blend can also help calm and relax an overactive mind and restless body. 

Contains: Ashwagandha, Passionflower, and Magnolia bark extracted into grain alcohol and water. 

Take or administer 1-3 dropperfuls at bedtime and again if needed upon waking.
